The invention discloses a fair-faced concrete template facilitating ventilation. The concrete template comprises a bracket and a template body which are connected with each other, wherein a pluralityof water permeable holes are formed in the template body, and the water permeable holes are located at one end of the front surface of the template body to be sealed; and meanwhile, the two adjacent template bodies are fixedly connected through high-strength bolts and connecting beams. After the fair-faced concrete template is installed, during the vibration process of concrete, water and air contained in the concrete are discharged through water-permeable cloth, and the concrete is blocked on the inner side of the template, so that the water and the air are prevented from accumulating insidethe concrete under the action of gravity, and thus the main factors of sand spots, air holes and wrinkles are eliminated, and the pouring quality of the concrete, especially the concrete fair-faced surface is improved.
