The invention discloses an operating room with an air conditioning module. The operating room comprises a first rectangular frame formed by assembling multiple inner modules and a second rectangular frame formed by combining multiple external wall boards. The upper end of the first rectangular frame is sealed through a ceiling module. The operating room further comprises an illumination unit, a power distribution main box, a main air conditioning unit, a control center, an airtight automatic door and other function modules. Through cooperation of the first rectangular frame and the second rectangular frame, the function modules and corresponding pipelines are mounted. By means of the application of the operating room, the modular operating room capable of being produced in advance, assembled on the spot and directly coming into service is provided, various kinds of pipelines and air conditioning devices are arranged in advance, and various requirements of medical staff for the operating room are met; and the operating room capable of immediately coming into service can be directly built in floors of a hospital which is just modified, a temporary operating room can be rapidly builtin open space according to actual requirements, and the operating room is stable in structure and convenient to mount.
