The invention discloses an umbrella supporting base with an adjustable swing rod. An adjusting base ring is rotationally arranged on the upper end surface of a base body; a pair of vertical supportingunits which are symmetrically arranged left and right is fixed to the upper end surface of the adjusting base ring; an upper supporting seat is vertically arranged between the pair of vertical supporting units in a lifting mode; a lower lifting seat is vertically arranged above the adjusting base ring in a lifting mode; a lower connecting rod is hinged to the center of the upper end surface of the lower lifting seat; an upper connecting rod is hinged to the other end of the lower connecting rod; a spherical upper adjusting block is fixed at the other end of the upper connecting rod; the upperadjusting block is spherically connected into the upper supporting seat; the upper connecting rod is positioned in the radial direction of the upper adjusting block; the other end of the upper adjusting block is formed into a plane which is perpendicular to the upper connecting rod; and a radial cylindrical groove-shaped umbrella handle supporting groove is formed in the plane of the upper adjusting block.
