The enclosure device comprises a plurality of supporting mechanisms, a plurality of verticalplates and a plurality of connecting pieces, the bottoms of the connecting pieces are fixedly connected with the tops of the supporting mechanisms, and the supporting mechanisms are uniformly distributed on the ground; through holes are formed in the surfaces of the connecting pieces, the surfaces of the connecting pieces are further provided with a plurality of evenly-distributed arc-shaped grooves, and the surfaces of the connecting pieces are further provided with strip-shaped grooves communicating with the arc-shaped grooves; the enclosure device further comprises two rotating mechanisms,the rotating mechanisms are further arranged in the through holes, and the rotating mechanisms are detachably connected with the connecting pieces; telescopic mechanisms are arranged at the tops of the rotating mechanisms, fixing blocks are arranged at the tops of the telescopic mechanisms, and a connecting mechanism is arranged between the fixing blocks; and discs are arranged at the tops of thefixing blocks, annular guide rails are arranged on the peripheries of the discs, linear motors are arranged on the guide rails, and guide-out mechanisms used for containing and guiding out the vertical plates are arranged on the linear motors. The device is fast to install, and meanwhile the construction cost can be effectively reduced.
