The passive NFC anti-misoperation padlock comprises a lock body, a lock hook connected to the lock body anda lock tongue arranged in the lock body, wherein the lock hook is provided with a lock groove used for allowing the end of the lock tongue to be inserted so as to lock the lock hook. The passive NFC anti-misoperation padlock further comprises an electronic drive assembly arranged in the lock body, an energy storage unit supplying power to the electronic drive assembly, an NFC module electrically connected with the energy storage unit and a stirring piece arranged in the lock body in a swinging manner through a pin shaft, wherein one end of the stirring piece is a stirring end connected to thelock tongue, and the other end of the stirring piece is an abutting end capable of abutting against the electronic drive assembly. According to the provided passive NFC anti-misoperation padlock, thedrive force needed for stirring the lock tongue is reduced through the lever principle, and the unlocking success rate of the passive NFC anti-misoperation padlock is effectively increased.
