The invention provides a light non-metal foot-operated door pedal. The pedal comprises a fixing part capable of being fixed to a door plank, a pedal part facilitating pedaling and a connecting part for connecting the pedal parts and the fixing part, wherein the fixing part is provided with a plurality of long round holes, and the foot-operated door pedal is fixed to one side of the door plank through bolts or the two foot-operated door pedals are fixed to the two sides of the door plank through bolts; and the connecting part is provided with a plurality of sets of reinforcing ribs arranged inan array mode, and the direction of the reinforcing ribs is from the pedal part to the fixing part. The light non-metal foot-operated door pedal is simple in structural process, short in production period and low in material cost, a sliding door mounted in a public place can be directly opened by feet, and direct skin contact is avoided. Compared with a metal mold, the mold is lower in cost, the mass is greatly reduced, and the degree of damage to a door during installation is reduced.
