The invention relates to an aluminum alloy inflatable sealing and press-fitting sliding door, which comprises a door frame, a fixing leaf and a sliding leaf, wherein the fixing leaf consists of a mullion section bar, a door frame section bar and glass, and the sliding leaf consists of a sliding leaf section bar and glass; the fixing leaf is fixed on the side in the door frame, and the sliding leafis positioned on the indoor side or the outdoor side of the fixing leaf in the door frame and is capable of horizontally sliding; and the door frame section bar and the mullion section bar are provided with a circle of inflatable sealing rubber strips for contacting and sealing with the sliding leaf, and the inflatable sealing rubber strips are connected with an air pump. The rubber strips disclosed by the invention is inflatable and is capable of sealing with a good sealing performance, and is convenient to maintain or replace when the air pump is damaged.
