The invention provides a smart campus public safety intelligent management system based on big data. It combines the actual situation, in a corridor of a campus public safety area, some guardrails ina railing fence type are adopted for widening the visual field; safety protection is carried out on the dangerous situation that a tall child easily climbs over a guardrail and the dangerous situationthat a short and thin student easily penetrates through a guardrail gap, and identity information of students in an area on the inner side of the guardrail is monitored and determined in real time through an image acquisition module, an image processing module and an image analysis and comparison module. A height danger coefficient, a toppling danger coefficient, a crossing danger coefficient, aguardrail thrust danger coefficient, a guardrail extrusion force danger coefficient and the like are combined and analyzed; sound prompts are made for potential safety hazards of different danger degrees and different levels, and three-level response protection of voice broadcast prompts of corresponding identities, emergency rescue measures under dangerous conditions and the like is carried out for specific students.
本发明提供的一种基于大数据的智慧校园公共安全智能管理系统,其通过结合实际情况,在校园公共安全区域的走廊为了视野更加广阔有些采用栏杆栅栏式样的护栏,对于身高较高的孩子易翻越护栏的危险情况和身高矮小且偏瘦的学生易穿越护栏间隙的危险情况进行安全防护,通过图像采集模块、图像处理模块和图像分析比对模块实时监控和确定护栏内侧区域学生的身份信息;然后再结合身高危险系数、倾倒危险系数、穿越危险系数、护栏推力危险系数、护栏挤压力危险系数等结合分析,对于不同危险程度和不同级别的安全隐患进行响声提示、针对具体学生进行对应身份的语音播报提示以及出现危险情况下的应急救援措施等的三级响应防护。
