The invention provides a prefabricated wall production technology. The prefabricated wall production technology comprises the steps that a rebar assembly is arranged on the platform surface of a formwork platform; concrete is poured on the platform surface so that at least one part of the rebar assembly is preburied by the concrete; and specifically, in the concrete pouring process, a material distribution outlet of a material distribution device is arranged within the range of the rebar assembly and moves relative to the platform surface at a set speed along a set track. According to the prefabricated wall production technology, the sideward movement material distribution mode is adopted to manufacture a wallboard, and therefore the production efficiency can be greatly improved, the reinforcement cage inclination and exposure risk is reduced, and the situation that the thickness of an outer leaf plate is uniform is guaranteed.
本公开提供了一种预制墙体生产工艺，包括：在模台的台面上布置钢筋组件；在台面上浇筑混凝土，以使混凝土至少预埋部分钢筋组件；其中，在浇筑混凝土的过程中，布料装置的布料出口设置在钢筋组件范围内，且布料出口以设定速度，沿设定轨迹与台面相对运动。本公开采用侧方移动布料形式制作墙板，可以大大提高生产效率，降低钢筋笼倾斜外露风险，保证外叶板厚度均匀。
