The invention discloses a fire-proof and sound-proof wallboard. The production process of the wallboard includes production preparation, raw material preparation, mixing and stirring, material mold injection, vibrating forming as well as demolding and maintenance and includes six steps. According to the fire-proof and sound-proof wallboard, cement is used as a binding material, river sand, expanded perlite, fly ash, additives and water are mixed in certain mixing proportions, forced stirring is performed, a glass fiber net is used as a reinforcing material, the manufacturing method of horizontal pouring and vertical vibrating is adopted, the fire-proof and sound-proof wallboard is formed through core pulling and watering maintenance with the mold and has the advantages that the wallboard is light in material, high in strength, heat-insulating, sound-proof, fire-proof, thin in wall body and flat, bright and clean in two sides, the use space is enlarged, the wallboard is easy to process(can be planed and cut) and the like, inserting rods are inserted in connecting holes, the left and right sides of the wallboard body are connected, and thus the wallboard body can be mounted by a user more conveniently.
本发明公开了一种防火隔音墙板，其生产流程有生产准备→原料预备→混合搅拌→材料注模→振动成型→脱模养护，包括以下六个步骤。本发明开发出一种防火隔音墙板是以水泥为胶凝材料，掺入河沙、膨胀珍珠岩、粉煤灰、外加剂和水，按一定的配合比，经强制搅拌并以玻纤网作为增强材料，采用“水平浇注垂直振动”制作方法，抽芯带模洒水养护而成的一种防火隔音墙板，具有材质轻、高强、保温、隔音、防火、墙体薄两面平整光洁的功能，扩大使用空间，容易加工(可刨削、切制)等优点，通过将插杆插入连接孔的内部，实现对墙板本体的左右两侧进行连接，从而更方便使用人员对墙板本体进行安装。
