Connecting rod capable of monitoring axial force in real time
The invention discloses a connecting rod capable of monitoring the axial force in real time. The connecting rod is characterized by comprising two main rods, a sleeve rod and a hinge pin sensor. Eachmain rod comprises an outer connecting rod, an inner connecting rod and a threaded rod. One end of each inner connecting rod is fixedly connected with the end of the corresponding outer connecting rod, and a first connector is arranged at the other end of each inner connecting rod. The two main rods are coaxial, and the first connectors are hinged through the hinge pin sensor. The sleeve rod comprises two half sleeves. Sliding grooves which are arranged in the length direction are formed in the inner connecting rods at least in the upper direction and the lower direction, balls are embedded into the positions, corresponding to the sliding grooves, of the inner side of the sleeve rod, and the exposed portions of the balls are buckled in the sliding grooves. The main rods and the sleeve rodcan relatively slide in the axial direction. The connecting rod directly bears all the axial force through the hinge pin sensor, the axial tension and the pressure of a rod piece can be accurately monitored in real time, and the accuracy of the measurement result of the hinge pin sensor can be improved due to the fact that the balls and the sliding grooves are arranged.
