The invention discloses a material hoisting and conveying device for bridge construction. For the problems that transportation is unstable, steering is difficult, and consequently transportation is not convenient, the following scheme is provided at present, a fixing frame is included, and a rectangular opening is formed in the outer wall of the top of the fixing frame; a motor box is fixed to oneside of the inner wall of the bottom of the fixing frame through bolts; a first motor is fixed to the inner wall of the bottom of the motor box through bolts; and one end of an output shaft of the first motor is in key connection with a screw, the top end of the screw is in key connection with a connecting shaft, the top end of the connecting shaft is in cup joint with a bearing, the bearing is fixed to the inner wall of the top of the fixing frame through a bolt, and a limiting mechanism is arranged on the inner wall of the side, close to the screw, of the fixing frame. The horizontal anglesin the two directions are measured at the same time through a double-axis horizontal sensor, then the levelness of the whole measured surface is determined, and if abnormity exists, a worker is reminded to adjust the rotating speeds of two motors, so that the ascending speeds of the two sides of a storage plate are consistent.
本发明公开了一种桥梁施工用材料吊运装置,针对运输不稳,转向困难,导致运输不便的问题,现提出以下方案,包括固定框,所述固定框的顶部外壁上开有矩形口,所述固定框底部内壁的一侧通过螺栓固定有电机箱,电机箱的底部内壁上通过螺栓固定有第一电机,第一电机输出轴的一端键连接有螺杆,螺杆的顶端键连接有连接轴,所述连接轴的顶端套接有轴承,所述轴承通过螺栓固定在固定框的顶部内壁上,所述固定框靠近螺杆的一侧内壁上设有限位机构。本发明利用双轴水平传感器同时测量两个方向的水平角度,进而确定整个被测面的水平度,如有异常,提醒工作人员调解两个电机的转动速度,使得置物板两侧上升速度达到一致。
