The invention relates to a production method of a water permeable brick. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a surface layer material, namely uniformly stirring waterborne epoxy resin and a curing agent by adopting a stirrer, adding water, uniformly stirring, adding a surface layer aggregate material and a release agent, and uniformly stirring so as to obtain the surface layermaterial; (2) preparing a base layer material, namely uniformly stirring a base layer aggregate, cement and water by adopting a stirrer to obtain the base layer material; (3) forming the water permeable brick, namely conveying the surface layer material and the base layer material to brick machine equipment, firstly injecting the base layer material into a lower mold, then closing an upper mold for prepressing, then injecting the surface layer material into the lower mold and above the base layer material, then closing the upper mold, and vibrating and demolding while pressurizing to obtain agreen brick; and (4) maintaining. According to the production method of the water permeable brick provided by the invention, the water permeable brick is divided into a surface layer and a base layer,and the water-borne epoxy resin is used for replacing cement in the surface layer material, so that the surface of the brick is not easy to fade.
本发明涉及一种透水砖的生产方法。包括以下步骤，(1)制作面层材料：先将水性环氧树脂与固化剂采用搅拌机搅拌均匀，之后加入水进行搅拌均匀，之后同时加入面层骨料材料与脱模剂搅拌均匀，得到面层材料；(2)制作基层材料：将基层骨料、水泥与水采用搅拌机搅拌均匀得到基层材料；(3)透水砖成型：面层材料与基层材料输送至砖机设备，先将基层材料注入下模内，之后将上模合模进行预压，之后再将面层材料注入下模内、基层材料的上方，之后将上模合模，在加压作用的同时进行振捣，脱模后得到砖坯；(4)养护。本发明提供了透水砖的生产方法，通过将透水砖分为面层与基层两部分且在面层材料中采用水性环氧树脂替代水泥，砖表面不易褪色。
