Double-sided composite enhanced heat-preservation, heat-insulation and sound-insulation material structure and preparation process thereof
The invention discloses a double-sided composite enhanced heat-preservation, heat-insulation and sound-insulation material structure and a preparation process thereof. The preparation process comprises the steps of mold preparation, release agent spraying, anti-crack mortar slurry injection, mortar protection layer laying, heat preservation core material slurry pouring, top mold closing, semi-finished product maintenance, demolding and finished product maintenance. The preparation process belongs to one-time formwork erecting and pouring forming of a composite board. A heat-insulating templateand a light partition board are free from disassembly, so that a heat-insulating core material and anti-crack mortar plastering protective layers on both sides are cured and formed at the same time,and the production efficiency can be improved by more than 3 times based on the existing manufacturing process; and by adopting the preparation process, the obtained product is stronger in integrity and the compressive strength is improved by 13%. In addition, production water in the preparation process can be recycled without sewage discharge and environmental pollution.
本发明公开了一种双面复合增强型保温隔热隔声材料结构及其制备工艺,制备工艺包括模具准备、喷涂脱模剂、注入抗裂砂浆浆料、敷设砂浆保护层、浇筑保温芯材浆料、合顶模、半成品养护、脱模以及成品养护。本发明的双面复合增强型保温隔热隔声材料结构的制备工艺属于一次性立模浇筑成型复合板,免拆保温模板和轻质隔墙板,使保温芯材、两侧抗裂砂浆抹面保护层同时固化并成型,能够在现有的制作工艺上提高生产效率3倍以上,而且采用本发明的制备工艺使得到的产品整体性更强,抗压强度提高了13%。此外,本发明的工艺制备过程中的生产用水可以循环使用,无污水排放,无环境污染。
