According to the technical scheme, the mortar recycled from waste residues is characterized by being prepared by mixing the following raw materials in parts by mass: 20-40 parts of fly ash, 10-30parts of steel slag powder, 5-15 parts of cement ash, 1-10 parts of gypsum, 5-15 parts of quartz sand, 5-10 parts of fibers and 30-50 parts of water. According to the mortar recycled from waste residues, the vitrified micro bubbles can be locked through fibers, and the service lives of the vitrified micro bubbles can be prolonged.
