The invention provides an anti-noise sound insulation belt for a road. The anti-noise sound insulation belt is obtained by filling a sound insulation and absorption layer between two layers of metal plates, and the sound insulation and absorption layer is formed by foaming polyurethane based on polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol and liquid diphenylmethane diisocyanate to form a porous foam structure, so that the product has basic sound insulation and absorption performance. Most importantly, modified mixed fibers and the gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane modified vesuvianite powder are introduced, are uniformly distributed in a system and have good compatibility with polyurethane, so that the sound insulation and absorption effects of the product are further improved, and meanwhile, the mechanical properties of the product are guaranteed.
