The invention discloses an automatic cleaning and recycling device for mining float coal between sleepers. The device comprises a power box, a collecting box is fixedly connected to the left end surface of the power box, the lower end face of the power box is fixedly connected with a supporting box, a forward wheel cavity with a downward opening is formed in the supporting box, and an advancing transmission cavity extending upwards into the power box is formed in the left side of the advancing wheel cavity. The supporting box is installed in a guide rail of a coal mining machine, and smooth advancing is completed through the guide rail, float coal between the sleepers is collected to the upper side of a tilting plate through advancing of a tilting plate to achieve collection of the float coal with different sizes, when the tilting plate abuts against the sleepers, a lifting plate automatically ascends and moves backwards under pushing of the sleepers, meanwhile, the lifting plate is matched with rotation of the tilting plate to convey the collected float coal into a guide cavity, and the float coal is conveyed to the right side through a screw and isdischarged, so automatic cleaning and recycling of the float coal are achieved.
本发明公开了一种枕木间的采矿浮煤自动清理回收装置;包括动力箱,动力箱左端面固定连接有收集箱,动力箱下端面固定连接有支撑箱,支撑箱内设有开口向下的前进轮腔,前进轮腔左侧设有向上延伸至动力箱内的前进传动腔,通过将支撑箱安装于采煤机导轨内利用导轨完成平滑前进,通过倾转板前进将枕木之间的浮煤收集至倾转板上侧,从而实现对不同体积浮煤的收集,当倾转板抵接枕木时,升降板自动上升且在枕木的推动下向后运动,同时配合倾转板转动将收集的浮煤送入导向腔,并通过螺杆送至右侧排出,从而实现浮煤的自动清理回收。
