The invention relates to a gabion structure for reinforcing a bank slope. The gabion structure comprises a gabion body, the gabion body is composed of a rear side plate, a first front side plate, a second front side plate, left side plates and a right side plate, and the rear side plate, the left side plate, the first front side plate, the second front side plate and the right side plate are movably connected to define a heptagonal containing space; and a wave absorbing plate is movably connected to the rear side plate, a floating body is arranged at the upper end of the wave absorbing plate,the lower end of the wave absorbing plate is connected with the upper end of the rear side plate, through holes are evenly distributed in the wave absorbing plate, drill rods are arranged at the leftend and the right end of the rear side plate, the left end of the first front side plate and the right end of the second front side plate, the lower ends of the drill rods are taper, the two left sideplates are movably connected, the sum of the length of the two left side plates is smaller than the length of the rear side plate, and the right side plate is consistent with the left side plates inshape and size.
