The invention discloses an ecological garden water pollution treatment system which comprises a first seat body, a second seat body, a floating object storage tank, a baffle, a floating object collection frame and a needle type interception mechanism. According to the ecological garden water pollution treatment system, floating objects in water are intercepted through the needle type interceptionmechanism, the floating objects can stay, meanwhile, a first through hole and a second through hole can be prevented from being blocked, flowing of a water body is not blocked, the floating object collection frame is used for collecting the floating objects intercepted by the needle type interception mechanism, and the floating object collection frame can poke the needle type interception mechanism in the floating object moving and collecting process, so that the needle type interception mechanism deviates from the baffle, a long-strip needle body is completely separated from a third through hole, and the floating objects punctured by the long-strip needle body are collected in the floating object collection frame without residues; and when the floating object collection frame is moved into a second notch, a floating object lifting and conveying mechanism is used for lifting and conveying the collected floating objects into the floating object storage tank, so that automatic cleaning of floating pollutants in a garden pool is completed.
