The invention discloses a construction method for accurately positioning a steel pipe column of an urban bridge and subway co-construction pile foundation. The construction method comprises the following steps that a positioning disc with a steel pipe column embedded in a steel pipe pile hole is adopted, the center and the elevation of the positioning disc are quickly determined through an orificepositioning frame arranged at a top opening of a steel casing, and the levelness of the positioning disc is checked and adjusted by using a leveling instrument; and through the orifice positioning frame at the top opening of the steel casing and a cross-shaped positioning frame arranged at a top opening of the steel pipe column, deviation is adjusted through a jack on the outer side of the top opening of the steel pipe column, so that the steel pipe column of the co-constructed pile foundation can be quickly and accurately positioned and mounted. The construction method fully considers construction conditions and safety risks in a steel pipe pile, the center and the elevation of the steel pipe column can be rapidly positioned through simple tools such as the orifice positioning frame, thecross-shaped positioning frame of the steel pipe column, the jack, the leveling instrument and a plumb bob, operation is easy and convenient, and the problems that the steel pipe column in the steelcasing is not easy to install and operate, and the positioning precision is difficult to meet the design requirement are solved.
