Compaction pile construction device and method thereof
The invention provides a compaction pile construction device and a method thereof. The compaction pile construction device comprises a main machine platform, a tower frame and a pile pipe, the tower frame is arranged on the main machine platform, the main machine platform and the tower frame are used for controlling and adjusting the position and work of the pile pipe, the pile pipe is detachablyconnected with the tower frame through a supporting device, and a hammer body, a detacher and a guide rail are arranged in the pile pipe; and the guide rail is vertically installed on the inner wall of the pile pipe, and the hammer body is controlled by the detacher to freely fall in the pile pipe along the guide rail to hit the bottom of the pile pipe to sink together. A rail type triggering unhooking mechanism enables the hammer body to conduct hammering stably and accurately, the drop height of the hammer body is adjustable and controllable, the hammering energy level is greatly enhanced, the accuracy of pile points is guaranteed, and the striking frequency is improved; through the arrangement of a silencing device, vibration of the pile pipe is reduced, resonance is reduced, sound noise is effectively reduced, and environmental protection is improved; and the release time of the hammer body is shortened, the striking frequency of the hammer body is improved, and the service life ofthe compaction pile construction device is prolonged.
本发明提供了一种挤密桩施工装置及其方法,包括主机平台、塔架和桩管,塔架设于主机平台上,主机平台和塔架用于控制调节桩管的位置和工作,桩管通过扶持装置与塔架可拆卸连接,所述桩管内设有锤体、脱钩器和导轨,导轨竖直安装在桩管内壁,锤体通过脱钩器的控制沿导轨在桩管内自由落体运动击打桩管底部一同下沉。本发明为轨道式触发脱钩机构使锤体稳定精确锤击,锤体落差可调可控,大大的增强了锤击能级,保证了桩点的精确度,提高了击打频率,消音装置的设置降低了桩管的震动,降低共振的发生,有效的降低了声噪,提高了环保;缩短了锤体的释放时间,提高了锤体击打频率,提高本发明的使用寿命。
