The flusher comprises more than two sets of closed annular conduits, the conduits are intersected and communicated, and a retardation point is formed at the communication part; plungers are arranged in the conduits, electromagnetic coils are wound around the conduits, the electromagnetic coils drive the plungers to move in the conduits in the circumferential direction and sequentially pass through blocking points, one or more sets of conduits are provided with aplurality of water outlets and a plurality of water inlets, and a water outlet terminal is provided with a spraying mechanism.
