According to the paving and leveling working head, the leveling plate and the paving plate are connected to the two sides of the shell of the auger mechanism correspondingly, and the shell ofthe auger mechanism is driven by the driving mechanism to rotate, so that one of the leveling plate and the paving plate operates on the to-be-constructed face, and the paving function and the leveling function can be freely switched according to actual working requirements; and the number of driving sources of the paving and leveling working head is small, and energy consumption is effectively reduced.
