The invention relates to a sterile hand-free door opener. The sterile hand-free door opener comprises a fixing piece, fixing bolts and a force applying handle, wherein the fixing piece and the force applying handle are fixed to a door handle through the fixing bolts. The force applying handle comprises a connecting piece, connecting holes, a handle and an arc-shaped contact surface. The sterile hand-free door opener is an auxiliary tool of a traditional handle and solves the problem that the traditional handle can only be opened by hand contact. According to the sterile hand-free door opener,the direction of force application can be changed, and forelimb opening can be realized, and is safer and healthier; and transformation is very convenient, and the cost is low.
