Fireproof automatic door for lithium ion battery safety management
The invention discloses a fireproof automatic door for lithium ion battery safety management. The fireproof automatic door comprises a door plate, a front door and a cylinder component; the door plateis arranged outside equipment and used for basic fireproof protection of the formation and capacity grading test equipment; a hollowed-out observation window is formed in the door plate and used forobserving an internal condition of the equipment; the front door is installed on the outer surface of the door plate in a sliding mode, the size of the front door is larger than that of the hollowed-out observation window, and the front door is used for covering the hollowed-out observation window to isolate a fire source; the air cylinder component is mounted on the outer surface of the door plate, and an air vent of the air cylinder component communicates with an external air source through a pipeline; and the control end of the air cylinder component is in signal connection with an externalcontroller, and the pushing end of the air cylinder component is connected with the front door and used for providing power for sliding of the front door so as to cover or expose the hollowed-out observation window of the door plate. The fireproof automatic door has the beneficial effects of being simple in structure, easy to maintain and capable of rapidly and automatically isolating the fire source.
