The sliding device comprises a guide rail, a cross beam and a pull rod assembly arranged between the guide rail and the cross beam; the guide rail comprises a first supporting frame, a second supporting frame and a limiting frame which are integrally formed, the pull rod assembly comprises a pull rod base, a pull rod top base and apull rod arranged between the pull rod base and the pull rod top base, the pull rod base is matched with the guide rail in use, and the pull rod top base is matched with the cross beam in use; the pull rod base comprises a base bracket, a plurality of first rollers and a plurality of second rollers, the base bracket is arranged on the guide rail and used in cooperation with the guide rail, one end of the base bracket is provided with a boss used in cooperation with a groove of the limiting frame, and the top end of the other end of the base bracket is used for clamping the pull rod; and the base bracket is hollow, the first rollers are vertically arranged in the base bracket and makes rolling contact with the guide rail, and the second rollers are horizontally arranged in the boss of thebase bracket and makes rolling contact with the groove in the limiting frame.
