The invention discloses a tunnel construction dust removal vehicle which comprises a vehicle body. A dust collection system for absorbing dust in a tunnel, a dust removal system for filtering and collecting the absorbed dust in the tunnel and a centralized control room are arranged on the vehicle body; a power control system used for driving the vehicle body to walk and driving the dust collectionsystem to operate is arranged in the centralized control room; the dust collection system comprises a volute-free centrifugal fan and an air inlet pipeline; and one end of the dust removal system iscommunicated with the air inlet pipeline, and the other end of the dust removal system is communicated with an air suction opening of the volute-free centrifugal fan. The dust removal vehicle adopts integrated installation, and is compact in overall structure and flexible to move; and the problem of secondary pollution of the dust in the tunnel dust removal process can be effectively avoided, thedust removal efficiency is high, and the dust removal effect is good.
