The invention relates to an energy-storing wall body and a solar greenhouse. The energy-storing wall body comprises a wall body, a heat-absorbing tube layer, a heat-storing tube layer, first connecting pipes and second connecting pipes, wherein the heat-absorbing tube layer is laid on one side surface of the wall body in the thickness direction, the heat-storing tube layer is laid in the wall body, the upper end of the heat-absorbing tube layer is connected with the upper end of the heat-storing tube layer through the first connecting pipes, and the lower end of the heat-absorbing tube layer is connected with the lower end of the heat-storing tube layer through the second connecting pipes; and the heat-absorbing tube layer communicates with the heat-storing tube layer to form a heat-transferring pipeline, a fluid heat-transferring medium is arranged in the heat-transferring pipeline and is capable of circularly flowing in the heat-transferring pipeline under a temperature difference effect. According to the energy-storing wall body, the heat storage capacity of the wall body can be effectively improved.
