Bituminous concrete manufacturing method
The invention relates to a bituminous concrete manufacturing method which comprises a bottom plate, a stirring device and a feeding device; mounting holes are uniformly formed in the bottom plate; thestirring device is mounted in the middle of the upper end of the bottom plate; a through groove is formed in the upper end of the stirring device; and the feeding device is mounted in the through groove. The bituminous concrete manufacturing method can solve the following problems: when the existing equipment prepares and processes bituminous concrete, the existing equipment cannot effectively screen gravel material, as a result, large massive graves are likely to be mixed in the mixed finished product material to affect following processing and application of the finished product material, and in addition, when the existing equipment prepares and processes bituminous concrete, the gravels are likely to block the mesh openings of a screen, and the screen cannot be timely cleaned, as a result, the filtering efficiency of the screen is low to affect the preparation efficiency of bituminous concrete.
本发明涉及一种沥青混凝土制作方法，包括底板、搅拌装置和进料装置，所述的底板上均匀设置有安装孔，底板上端中部安装有搅拌装置，搅拌装置上端设置有通槽，通槽内安装有进料装置。本发明可以解决现有的设备在对沥青混凝土进行制备加工时，不能够有效的对碎石材料进行筛分，导致混合后的成品料内容易夹杂大块状碎石，影响成品料的后续加工使用，而且现有的设备在对沥青混凝土进行制备加工时，碎石通常容易堵塞筛网的网孔，不能够及时对筛网进行清理，导致筛网的过滤效率低，影响沥青混凝土的制备效率等难题。
