Cement stabilizing material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a cement stabilizing material and a preparation method thereof. The cement stabilizing material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 317-425 parts of soil particles, 37 to 45 parts of cement, 91 to 107 parts of aggregate, 46 to 76 parts of a fiber additive and 129 parts of water. The preparation method of the cement stabilizing material comprises the following steps: S1, spreading earthwork excavated during construction on the ground for airing until the earthwork is dry; S2, crushing caked soil in the dried earthwork; S3, subjecting the earthwork to vibration screening, and dividing the earthwork into particles with a particle size not smaller than 2 mm and powder with a particle size smaller than 2 mm, and taking the particles as soil particles;and S4, uniformly mixing corresponding parts by weight of the soil particles, the cement, the aggregate and the fiber additive to obtain a dry mixture, adding corresponding parts by weight of the water into the dry mixture, and carrying out uniform mixing to obtain the cement stabilizing material. The cement stabilizing material of the invention has the advantages of low cost, high strength and the like.
本发明公开了一种水泥稳定材料及其制备方法。其中,水泥稳定材料包含以下重量份的组分:土壤颗粒:317‑425份;水泥:37‑45份;骨料:91‑107份;纤维添加料:46‑76;水:129份。水泥稳定材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:S1,取施工时开挖的土方摊铺于地面上进行晾晒,直至土方干燥;S2,压碎干燥的土方中结团的土壤;S3,对土方进行振筛,划分为粒径不小于2mm的颗粒物,和粒径小于2mm的粉料;将前述颗粒物作为土壤颗粒;S4,取相应重量份数的土壤颗粒、水泥、骨料、纤维添加料混合均匀,得到干拌物;在干拌物中加入相应重量份数的水,混合均匀得到水泥稳定料。本发明具有成本低、强度高等优点。
