The invention discloses modified slurry for a carbon-carbon brake disc and a preparation method of the carbon-carbon brake disc. The modified slurry is composed of a modifier, a suspending agent and deionized water, wherein the modifier is composed of graphite powder, B4C powder, silicon carbide powder and carbon powder in a mass percentage ratio of 10-15%: 20-35%: 25-35%: 30-40%. The modified slurry prepared in the invention and resin are mixed according to a mass percentage ratio of (20-30%): (70-80%) to prepare an impregnant; the prepared impregnant is infiltrated into a C/C brake disc prefabricated body by using a vacuum pressurizing process; then the brake disc prefabricated body is cured; CVD densification treatment is conducted on the cured brake disc prefabricated body; and finally, high-temperature heat treatment is performed to obtain a finished carbon-carbon brake disc product. According to the carbon-carbon brake disc manufactured through the technological method, various comprehensive properties of the carbon-carbon brake disc manufactured are effectively improved, and the carbon-carbon brake disc can be widely applied to the field of brake disc production and manufacturing.
本发明公开了一种碳碳刹车盘改性浆料及碳碳刹车盘的制备方法,所述改性料浆由改性剂、悬浮剂和去离子水组成,其中改性剂由石墨粉、BC粉、碳化硅粉和碳粉组成,其质量百分比分别为:10~15%:20~35%:25~35%:30~40%。将按照上述步骤配制的改性料浆与树脂按照质量百分比为(20~30%):(70~80%)的比例进行混合配制成浸渍剂,利用真空加压工艺将上述配制的浸渍剂浸渗到C/C刹车盘预制体内,再对刹车盘预制体进行固化,对固化后的刹车盘预制体进行CVD致密化处理,最后经高温热处理得到碳碳刹车盘成品,通过本工艺方法制得的碳碳刹车盘,其各项综合性能均提高有效的改善,可广泛应用于刹车盘生产制造领域。
