Rail calibrator and using method thereof
The invention discloses a rail calibrator which comprises a rail calibrating support, a rail clamping seat capable of moving up and down is arranged in the rail calibrating support; the rail calibrating support is connected with the rail clamping seat through lifting screws; lifting nuts matched with the lifting screws in a threaded mode are arranged at the top of the rail calibrating support, corresponding rail clamping screws are arranged at the two ends of the rail clamping seat respectively, corresponding rail calibrating screws are arranged at the two ends of the rail calibrating supportrespectively, vertically-downward fastening screws are arranged on the top face of the rail calibrating support, and the rail calibrating support is connected with the fastening screws in a threaded mode. The invention further discloses a using method of the rail calibrator, the rail calibrator is adopted for rail calibration, time and labor are saved, the rail calibration accuracy is greatly improved, and a to-be-calibrated steel rail is flush with a reference steel rail.
本发明公开了一种校轨器,包括校轨支座,校轨支座内部设置有可上下移动的夹轨座,校轨支座与夹轨座通过提升螺钉连接,校轨支座顶部设置有与提升螺钉螺纹配合的提升螺母,夹轨座两端分别设置有相对应的夹轨螺钉,校轨支座两端分别设置有相对应的校轨螺钉,校轨支座顶面上设置有竖直向下的紧固螺钉,校轨支座与紧固螺钉螺纹连接。本发明还公开了一种校轨器的使用方法,采用本发明校轨器进行校轨,省时省力,较大的提高了校轨准确率,使待校钢轨与基准钢轨平齐。
