Assembling method of movable formwork for bridge construction
The invention provides an assembling method of a movable formwork for bridge construction. The movable formwork comprises a steel pipe support, a bearing frame, propelling flatcars, main beams, crossbeams, an outer formwork assembly, an inner formwork assembly and a nose beam. The assembling method comprises the following steps that the steel pipe support and the bearing frame are assembled between two adjacent piers, and the propelling flatcar is installed on the bearing frame; the two parallel main beams are correspondingly assembled on the propelling flatcars at the two transverse sides ofthe bridge through steel pipe supports respectively; the plurality of groups of cross beams are arranged between the two main beams, the cross beams comprise a plurality of groups of upper cross beams and truss cross beams, and each group of upper cross beams and truss cross beams is divided into a left section and a right section which can be butted with each other; the outer formwork assembly and the inner formwork assembly are hoisted to the main beams, the left cross beams and the right cross beams to be installed, and a die cavity used for pouring a concrete beam is formed between the outer formwork assembly and the inner formwork assembly; and the nose beam is connected to the front end of main beam in the advancing direction, and a front hanger connected with the bearing frame is arranged at the front end, away from the main beam, of the nose beam to support the nose beam.
本发明提供一种桥梁施工用移动模架的拼装方法,其中,移动模架包括钢管支架、承托架、推进平车、主梁、横梁、外模板组件、内模板组件及鼻梁,拼装方法包括以下步骤:在相邻两个桥墩之间拼装钢管支架及承托架,将推进平车安装至承托架上;利用钢管支架在桥梁横向两侧的推进平车上分别对应拼装两榀相互平行的主梁;在两个主梁之间设置多组横梁,其中,横梁包括多组上横梁和桁架横梁,且每组上横梁和桁架横梁分为可相互对接的左右两节;将外模板组件及内模板组件吊装至主梁、左横梁及右横梁上安装,外模板组件与内模板组件之间形成用于浇筑砼梁的模腔;在主梁前进方向的前端连接鼻梁,在鼻梁远离主梁的前端设置与托架连接的前吊架以用于支撑鼻梁。
