The invention relates to a prestress tensioning device, in particular to a temporary prestress anchoring device used for assembling precast concrete segment box girders, and belongs to the technical field of bridge construction. The temporary prestress anchoring device is arranged on the surface of a top plate and the surface of a bottom plate of a box girder and comprises a pre-embedded device and an upper device. According to the pre-embedded device, when a concrete segment box girder is prefabricated, positioning steel plates are pre-embedded in the top plate and the bottom plate of the boxgirder, and sleeves are connected with the positioning steel plates through welding; according to the upper device, anchoring plates are welded to a pedestal bottom plate, and stiffening rib plates are orthogonally arranged between each two anchoring plates.
