The invention discloses a metal ceramsite composite acoustic board which comprises a ceramsite acoustic board and an acoustic board mounting shell used for mounting the ceramsite acoustic board. Wherein the acoustic board mounting shell comprises a panel shell and a back plate shell, an upper convex groove is formed in the upper end of the panel shell, a lower concave groove matched with the upperconvex groove is formed in the lower end of the panel shell, and the width of a convex part of the upper convex groove and the width of a concave part of the lower concave groove are matched with thethickness of the ceramsite acoustic board. The ceramsite acoustic board is fixed through the upper concave groove and the lower convex groove, meanwhile, U-shaped rubber strips are additionally arranged, the ceramsite acoustic board is limited through elastic bodies, and the ceramsite acoustic board is prevented from being dislocated in the carrying and running process; the panel shell, the backplate shell and the ceramsite acoustic board are convenient and fast to assemble; compared with rock wool, glass wool and other fiber materials, the ceramsite acoustic board has the advantages of higher strength and hardness, low tendency to damage and favorable weather resistance, and can not lower the functions within the service life.
