The invention provides a concrete cast-in-place pile of a sludge foundation and a construction method of the concrete cast-in-place pile. The concrete cast-in-place pile comprises a first pile body, asecond pile body and a plurality of third pile bodies which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, and the first pile body, the second pile body and the third pile bodies are of an integratedstructure; the first pile body of the cylinder structure and the second pile body of the cylinder structure are coaxially arranged, the outer diameter of the first pile body is the same as that of thesecond pile body, the plurality of third pile bodies are arranged at the bottom of the second pile body in the axis direction of the second pile body in an extending mode, and the outer diameter of each third pile body is smaller than that of the second pile body. The method can effectively solve the problem of pile breakage in the cast-in-place concrete pile construction process under the sludgefoundation environment condition, and construction safety is guaranteed.
