Centering device and centering method for bored pile reinforcement cage
The invention provides a centering device for a bored pile reinforcement cage. The centering device comprises two groups of protective piles and a centering plate, wherein the protective piles are arranged on the ground around a pile hole; the centering plate is arranged on the reinforcement cage; each group of protective piles includes two protective piles; the connecting line between the two protective piles in the same group passes through the circle center of the pile hole; the two groups of protective piles are each provided with a first centering rope; each first centering rope is crosswise arranged around the corresponding protective pile; each intersection point is provided with a downward laser transmitter in a binding manner; the internal circle center in the reinforcement cage is provided with the centering plate; and a centering qualified area is printed at the middle part of the centering plate. By adopting the centering device, the potential safety hazards generated by handholding a plumb bob can be effectively prevented, and erection of a pedal plate is also not needed; and for being applicable to a construction condition with dark light, the centering device adoptsa structure of an annular plate + a movable rod to further improve the centering precision and provide beneficial prerequisite conditions for subsequent pile foundation construction.
一种钻孔桩钢筋笼对中装置,包括设置在桩孔四周地面上的两组护桩以及设置在钢筋笼上的对中盘,单组所述的护桩中包括两根护桩,同一组中的两根护桩之间的连线穿过桩孔的圆心,两组护桩上设有第一对中绳,第一对中绳绕过护桩并呈交叉状设置,交点位置上绑设有朝下的激光发射器;钢筋笼中内圆心位置上设有对中盘,对中盘中部印有对中合格区。采用上述装置,能够有效解决手持吊线锤所存在的安全隐患,并省去了踏板的架设,通过适用于光线较暗的施工条件中,而采用“环形板+活动杆”的结构,能够进一步提升对中精度,为后续的桩基础施工提供有利的先决条件。
