The invention discloses a full casing follow-up construction method of a rotary drilling rig. The full casing follow-up construction method includes the following steps that: setting out and positioning of a pile position are conducted; the rotary drilling rig is used for drilling the pile position for 1m; a bottom section casing is installed; drilling the pile position is conducted for 3m; a standard section casing and the bottom section casing are installed successively; a reinforcement cage is made and installed in a lifting manner, a guide pipe is connected, and the guide pipe is lowered into a drilling hole; pouring concrete is carried out; and the standard section casing and the bottom section casing are pulled out. According to the follow-up construction method, connection and disassembly of the casings is fast and convenient, the pipe cannot be blocked by concrete, the reinforcement cage is not prone to be deformed during pulling out the casings, and upward floating of the reinforcement cage is prevented in the process of pouring the concrete.
