Grouting device used for prefabricated building
The invention relates to a grouting device, in particular to a grouting device used for a prefabricated building. The grouting device comprises a stirring barrel, a dispersion block, leakage holes anda round cylinder. In the grouting device, concrete falls after the concrete disperses, and convenience is brought to the concrete to evenly fall for grouting. The upper end and the lower end of the stirring barrel are independently open; the top of the stirring barrel is wide, and the bottom of the stirring barrel is narrow; the dispersion block is arranged below the stirring barrel; a pluralityof leakage holes are annularly evenly distributed on the outer ring position of the dispersion block; the outer ring of the dispersion block is fixedly connected with the round cylinder; and the upperside of the dispersion block is taper shaped. The grouting device used for the prefabricated building also comprises a first motor, a flat plate, a stirring shaft, stirring vanes and a spiral vane, wherein the upper end of the stirring barrel is fixedly connected with the plat plate; the middle of the flat plate is fixedly connected with the first motor; the lower end output shaft of the first motor is fixedly connected with the stirring shaft; the stirring shaft is fixedly connected with a plurality of stirring vanes; the plurality of stirring vanes are positioned in the stirring barrel; thelower part of the stirring shaft is provided with the spiral vane; and the spiral vane is positioned on the lower opening of the stirring barrel.
