High-efficiency grouting device for building construction concrete
The invention discloses a high-efficiency grouting device for building construction concrete, and relates to the field of grouting devices. The device comprises a main board support, a drive cylinderand a grouting pipe. The drive cylinder is rotatably connected to the middle part of the main board support, and the grouting pipe is connected to the bottom end of the drive cylinder. A driving pulley is fixed on the upper end of an output shaft of a motor, a driven pulley is fixed on the upper outer wall of the drive cylinder, and the driven pulley and the driving pulley are connected through abelt. The device is operated by controlling the motor to drive the drive cylinder to rotate, so that a first guniting nozzle set arranged at the bottom of a grouting cylinder can shotcrete in all directions toward the bottom part of a pile hole. Furthermore, guide vanes arranged on the outer wall of the grouting cylinder can agitate the concrete grout filled in the pile hole, so that the concretegrout is evenly filled in the pile hole, air bubbles mixed in the concrete during the filling process are effectively removed, and the grouting quality is ensured.
