Foundation pit excavation safety construction method
The invention relates to a foundation pit excavation safety construction method. The method comprises the following steps that (1) a foundation pit excavation boundary line is set out on the originalground according to a construction drawing, the elevation is measured, and the excavation depth is determined; (2) a backhoe excavator is adopted to excavate the surface layer of a foundation pit, andearthwork obtained after excavation is directly transported outwards through a dumper; (3) the foundation pit is excavated layer by layer in a layered excavation mode, and the excavation depth of each layer is 1.5 - 2m; (4) slope setting is carried out on the two sides in the foundation pit excavation process, the slope gradient ranges from 60 degrees to 75 degrees, and supporting in a soil nailing wall mode is carried out on set slopes after excavation of each layer is completed; (5) bottom cleaning is carried out in cooperation with manual work when 0.2 - 0.3m is left at a foundation base;(6) cast-in-place pile construction is carried out on the foundation base; and (7) a concrete structure cushion layer is constructed on the foundation base of the foundation pit. According to the construction method, layer-by-layer excavation is carried out in a foundation pit layered excavation mode, and slope supporting is carried out in time after excavation of each layer is completed, so thatthe construction safety is improved.
本发明涉及一种基坑开挖安全施工方法。包括以下步骤,(1)在原地面按照施工图纸放出基坑开挖边界线,并测出高程,确定开挖深度;(2)采用反铲式挖掘机对基坑的面层进行开挖,开挖后得到的土方采用自卸车辆直接外运;(3)以分层开挖的方式对基坑进行逐层开挖,每层开挖的深度为1.5‑2m;(4)基坑开挖过程中在两侧放坡,坡度为60‑75°,每层开挖完毕后对放坡进行土钉墙方式的支护;(5)基底剩余0.2‑0.3m配合人工进行清底;(6)在基坑的基底进行灌注桩施工;(7)在基坑的基底进行混凝土结构垫层的施工。本发明中的施工方法通过采用基坑分层开挖的方式进行逐层开挖,并在每层开挖完毕后及时进行坡面支护,提升了施工的安全性。
