The invention discloses a low-water-tank pedestal pan, which comprises a pedestal pan body. A urinal is arranged on the pedestal pan body, a water tank is arranged on a side of the urinal, and a drainvalve is installed at the bottom of the water tank. A brushing pipeline and a spraying pipeline are respectively arranged at the top and the bottom of the urinal. A water storage pool is arranged inthe pedestal pan body, and the bottom of the drain valve is communicated with the water storage pool. One end of the brushing pipeline is communicated with the water storage pool through a brushing water conveying auxiliary pipe, and one end of the spraying pipeline is communicated with the water storage pool through a spraying water conveying auxiliary pipe. By arranging the water storage pool, the brushing water conveying auxiliary pipe and the spraying water conveying auxiliary pipe, and controlling the pipe diameters of the brushing water conveying auxiliary pipe and the spraying water conveying auxiliary pipe, water can be reasonably distributed into the brushing pipeline and the spraying pipeline of the pedestal pan, and an optimal flushing effect of the pedestal pan is achieved on the premise that water is not wasted.
