The invention discloses a full-underground vertical spiral grating well. The full-underground vertical spiral grating well at least comprises a grating well body, a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe and a vertical spiral grating, one side of the grating well body is connected with the water inlet pipe, the other side of the grating well body is connected with the water outlet pipe, the vertical spiral grating is installed in the grating well body, and a water inlet hole in the vertical spiral grating is connected with the water inlet pipe through the grid well body. According to the full-underground vertical spiral grating well, the vertical spiral grating is arranged, and the grating well body does not need to be obliquely mounted, so that the occupied area of the grating well body isreduced; a lifting section adopts a sealed cylinder structure, so that odor leakage is prevented; and a pressing section adopts a reducing pipe structure, and grid slag is pressed in the reducing process, so that the water content of the grid slag is further reduced, the volume of the grid slag is reduced, and the transportation cost of the grid slag is reduced.
