The invention discloses an external wall heat insulation cold-bridge-preventing anchor bolt assembly which comprises an anchor bolt and a screw. A base is arranged on the anchor bolt. A bolt body is connected to one side of the base through a connecting part. An expansion groove is formed in one end of the bolt body. Two S-shaped limiting openings with the same size are symmetrically formed in thebolt body. A cylindrical groove body is drilled in the connecting part. A through hole is drilled in the base and connected with the groove body in the connecting part. The screw is mounted in the anchor bolt through the through hole in the base. Compared with the prior art, the assembly has the advantages that through the structure characteristics of the added S-shaped limiting openings, the anchor bolt is limited in the head sinking and twisting process, and the overall structure of the anchor bolt is not damaged; the expansion groove inwards deforms under the action of thrust to efficiently absorb pressure caused by a drill bit and the expansion groove on the bolt body; and a heat insulation cover basically shields the anchor bolt to effectively block heat at the anchor bolt placing position, the overall structure is simple and exquisite, no easily damaged part exists, the appearance is attractive and elegant, and the assembly is convenient to use.
