The invention discloses a thermal-insulation sound-insulation building curtain wall system, which comprises a frame body, a curtain wall board arranged in the frame body and a cleaning device used forcleaning the curtain wall board, wherein the curtain wall board comprises inner-layer glass, outer-layer glass, a sound-insulation layer and a thermal-insulation layer, and the sound-insulation layerand the thermal-insulation layer are arranged between the inner-layer glass and the outer-layer glass; the cleaning device comprises a lifting and lowering board and a first motor used for driving the lifting and lowering board to vertically lift and lower; the lifting and lowering board is positioned on the outer side of the curtain wall board and is provided with a cleaning bar abutted againstthe curtain wall board; the lifting and lowering board is also provided with an air drying mechanism; the air drying mechanism comprises a bracket; the bracket is provided with a plurality of rotary shafts and a second motor used for driving the rotary shafts to rotate; one end, which is near the curtain wall board, of each rotary shaft is provided with a fan blade; the frame body is provided witha sprinkling pipe; the sprinkling pipe is provided with a plurality of nozzles; and the spraying holes of the nozzles face the curtain wall board. The thermal-insulation sound-insulation building curtain wall system disclosed by the invention has a reasonable structure and a good thermal-insulation sound-insulation effect, and is provided with the cleaning device so as to improve cleaning efficiency and reduce risks brought by working aloft.
