The invention provides a connecting structure of horizontal joints of steel bars and a construction method of the connecting structure, and relates to the technical field of steel bar connecting machine manufacturing. The connecting structure and the construction method thereof aim at solving the problems that existing steel bar connection is achieved at the horizontal joints in a steel wire manual winding mode, and due to the different winding modes and forces, the normal construction period is delayed due to instability of the steel structure. The connecting structure comprises a shell, a metal partition plate, metal chamfers, a metal binder and the steel bars; the shell adopts a hollow design, the metal partition plate is positioned in the shell, the metal chamfers are arranged on the inner wall of the shell, the steel bars penetrate through the shell, and the tail ends of the steel bars are connected with the metal partition plate; and gaps between the steel bars and the metal chamfers are filled with the metal binder. All operations can be completed by a single person through the simple connecting structure; and the presented effects can be kept consistent through operation ofdifferent people.
本发明提供一种钢筋水平连接处的连接结构及其施工方法,其涉及钢筋连接机械制造技术领域,旨在解决现有钢筋连接在水平连接处通过钢丝人工缠绕的方式进行固定,由于缠绕的方式以及力道的不同,导致钢结构不稳定延误正常工期的问题。包括有外壳、金属隔断片、金属倒角、金属粘结剂、钢筋,所述外壳采用中空设计,所述金属隔断片位于外壳中,所述位于外壳内壁上设置有金属倒角,所述钢筋穿设在外壳中且末端与金属隔断片相接,所述钢筋与金属倒角之间的缝隙通过金属粘结剂进行填充。通过简单的连接结构实现单人即可完成全部操作;不同的人操作,呈现的效果可以保持一致。
