The dismantling-free base is added between the wall-attached bracket and the thermal insulation board by using the wall-attached support, the load and shearing deformation of a scaffold body are transferred by using the dismantling-free base, so the thermal insulation board is protected and prevented from being damaged, and the technical effects of reducing a secondary repairing link of the thermal insulation board and improving the integrity and aesthetics of the thermal insulation board are achieved.
