Pool wall formwork supporting structure
The invention discloses a pool wall formwork supporting structure. The pool wall formwork supporting structure includes layer plates arranged on two sides of a pre-casted wall at intervals; half holesare correspondingly formed in the edges of the layer plates, and bolt holes are formed by the half holes in the splicing position of the two adjacent-arranged layer plates; and the layer plates located on the two sides of the pre-casted wall are fixedly connected with each other through split screws which penetrate through the bolt holes. Compared with the prior art, according to the pool wall formwork supporting structure, hole positions of the split screws are adjusted, holes penetrating through the middle parts of the layer plates are adjusted to be the half holes in the edges of the layerplates, by using the bolt holes formed by splicing the adjacent layer plates, the split screws are connected, that is to say, the hole position of the formwork supporting structure is located at thejoint of the layer plates, the position is uniform, complete concrete surface with large size can be formed, and the appearance quality of concrete can be improved after the formwork is removed; and after cutting the half holes at the edges of the layer plates, the layer plates can still be reused, which increases the use turnover times of the layer plates, and significant economic and social benefits are brought.
本发明公开了一种水池池壁支模结构,包括间隔设置于预浇筑墙体两侧的层板;任一所述层板的边缘设有半孔,所述半孔在相邻设置的两个层板的拼合处形成螺栓孔;位于预浇筑墙体两侧的所述层板通过穿过所述螺栓孔的对拉螺杆固定连接。相比于现有技术,上述水池池壁支模结构调整了对拉螺杆的穿孔位置,将穿设于层板中部的孔调整为层板边缘的半孔,利用相邻层板拼合而成的螺栓孔连接对拉螺杆,也就是说,该支模结构的穿孔位置位于层板的接缝处,位置统一,能够形成面积较大的、完整的砼表面,使得拆模后砼外观质量得以提高;切去层板边缘的半孔后,层板仍然能够重新利用,增加了层板的使用周转次数,有显著的经济效益和社会效益。
