The invention relates to a portable type protective device for building construction safety guarantee. The portable type protective device comprises a safety net and a connecting device which is arranged at the two sides of the safety net for connecting reinforcing steel bars, wherein the connecting device comprises a storage box, a storage mechanism and a connecting mechanism; the storage mechanism comprises a rotary shaft which penetrates through the two ends of the storage box, a roller which is coaxially fixed on the rotary shaft, and a fixed group connecting mechanism positioned at the two ends of the storage box; the fixed group connecting mechanism comprises a fastening assembly and two connecting assemblies; and each connecting assembly comprises a connecting plate, a hinge, a sleeve and a threaded hole; the fastening assembly comprises a U-shaped connecting frame and two threaded tubes. The portable type protective device used for building construction safety guarantee provided by the invention firmly connects the safety net onto the reinforcing steel bars to prevent the safety net from dropping; the storage mechanism is utilized for flexibly regulating a distance betweenadjacent two reinforcing steel bars, so that discontinuous multi-stage buffer protection is provided for dropping personnel while a dropping accident occurs, and therefore, safety of the protective device is improved, and practicability of the device is improved.
