A desert photovoltaic panel sand burying prevention device comprises a work box; a transmission device is arranged on the external wall of the work box; a first slide block is arranged in the work box; the first slide block divides the work box into an upper chamber and a lower chamber, wherein the upper chamber and the lower chamber are correspondingly a photovoltaic panel chamber and a transmission chamber; a second slide block is slidingly mounted at the bottom in the photovoltaic panel chamber; a motor groove is arranged in the upper side of the second slide block; a first positive and negative motor is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the motor groove; and a rotating shaft is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the first positive and negative motor.
